Digital marketing

set up so you can see it

SEO baseline, analytics set up properly, landing pages, conversion, email. Digital marketing that reports back, so you always know what's working and what isn't.

If you can't see what's working, you're not marketing. You're guessing with a budget.

Why it matters

Most small businesses don't need a sprawling marketing operation. They need the fundamentals set up properly: a way to be found, a site that converts, and tracking that tells the truth about what's actually bringing in enquiries.

We focus on the digital marketing that actually brings in work for a growing SME: content and local SEO that bring the right people in, landing pages and conversion work that turn them into enquiries, and analytics so every pound is accountable.

No vanity metrics, no campaign theatre. Just the foundations that make the rest of your spend work harder.

  • Reporting

How we approach it

  1. 01

    Foundations first

Before anything else, we make sure positioning, the website and tracking are solid. No point sending more traffic to a site that can't convert it.

  2. 02

    Measure

Analytics and conversion tracking set up properly, so we start from what's really happening, not assumptions.

  3. 03

    Attract

Content and local SEO that bring in the right people, the ones actually looking for what you do.

  4. 04

    Convert

Landing pages and conversion work that turn more of that traffic into enquiries, from the same visitors.

  5. 05

    Report & refine

Plain-English reporting on what's working, then we double down on it and cut what isn't.

That's the shape of a digital marketing project. How we communicate, how money works and what we'll need from you is the same on every project. See how working with Lancio works

How long it takes

Setup or improvement work usually takes two to six weeks, depending on what already exists and how much needs fixing. Early signals typically show within four to eight weeks: better tracking, clearer landing pages, more useful Search Console data, early movement in enquiries.

Meaningful organic results take three to six months or more, depending on competition, existing authority and how consistently the work continues. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

How pricing works

The model is setup first, support second. A focused setup or improvement project starts from £1,000–£2,000+, and only becomes monthly support if there's a clear job for it: from £500–£1,000+ a month, with a three-month minimum so there's time to implement, measure and adjust. We'd rather do a strong setup and stop than invoice for vague monthly activity.

You'll get a clear plan and price, and honest reporting on results. If something isn't working, we'll tell you and change it, not quietly keep billing for it.

Common questions

Do you run paid ads?
Hands-on campaign management isn't our core service, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we do is the groundwork that makes paid ads work: landing pages, tracking, conversion and offer clarity. Where hands-on management is needed, we can bring in trusted paid-media support or recommend the right specialist.
Is this a retainer?
Not by default. It starts as a fixed-scope setup or improvement project. Monthly support exists for when there's a clear, continuing job, with a three-month minimum rather than a long lock-in.
How is this different from marketing foundations or search readiness?
Search readiness checks the site is technically ready to be found. Marketing foundations sorts the upfront clarity (offer, messaging, tracking) before money goes on activity. Digital marketing is the ongoing improvement once those basics exist. Not sure which fits? That's normal: get in touch with the problem, and we'll tell you honestly which next step actually helps.
