This privacy policy explains how Lancio Studio (“Lancio”, “we”, “I”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or get in touch. Lancio Studio is operated by Rob Cipolla, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, who acts as the data controller.

- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your enquiry.
- Usage data. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, rough location, device type) to help us improve it.

- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To understand how the site is used and make it better.

Our lawful bases are your consent (when you contact us), the performance of acontract (when we work together), and our legitimate interestsin running and improving the studio.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data, ever. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the studio: for example website hosting, form handling and email. These providers only process your data on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate records, then delete it. Records relating to actual projects are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
